1. Introduction

DIPLINGE LTD regularly operates free prize draws through www.diplinge.com. Participation in any prize draw constitutes acceptance of this Prize Draw Policy and any additional rules announced for a specific prize draw.

2. Eligibility

The free prize draw is open only to:

• Individuals aged 18 years or over.
• Residents physically located within the United Kingdom at the time of entry.
• Participants who remain physically present in the United Kingdom until the winner selection date.

Employees, partners, agents, or anyone professionally connected with DIPLINGE LTD may be excluded from participation.

3. Free Entry

• Entry to the prize draw is completely free.
• No purchase is necessary to enter.
• Every valid participant receives an equal chance of winning.

4. Entry Limits

• Each individual may enter a maximum of three (3) times per prize draw.
• Entries must use the same participant name and email address.
• Multiple excessive or fraudulent entries beyond the permitted limit may result in disqualification.

5. Entry Form Requirements

To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the online entry form.

Mandatory Information: Full Name, Email Address

Optional Information: Phone Number (collected only for winner contact purposes)

6. Marketing Consent

The entry form may contain a separate, pre-unchecked consent box stating: "I am happy to receive marketing from diplinge.com"

• Participants are not required to agree to marketing in order to enter the prize draw.
• Marketing consent is entirely optional.
• If consent is provided, the participant's email address may be securely shared with Brevo for email marketing campaign management.
• Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

7. Prize Draw Dates

For each prize draw, DIPLINGE LTD will announce: Opening Date, Closing Date, and Prize Draw Day. Only entries submitted between the published opening and closing dates will be considered valid.

8. Entry Confirmation

After successful form submission:

• Participants will receive an instant confirmation email.
• The confirmation email will contain a unique Prize Draw Entry Number.
• Participants should keep this number for reference.

9. Prize Draw Notification

On the announced Prize Draw Day, a notification email will be sent to all valid prize draw participants informing them that the draw is taking place that day.

10. Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected randomly using an online prize draw selection website/tool.
• Every valid entry has an equal chance of winning.
• DIPLINGE LTD's decision regarding winner selection is final.

11. Winner Announcement

After the draw, all valid participants will receive an email containing the winning Prize Draw Number. If your entry number matches the winning number, you must contact DIPLINGE LTD immediately using the contact instructions provided in the email.

12. Winner Contact

If a participant provided a phone number, DIPLINGE LTD may contact the winner by phone in addition to email. Phone numbers will not be used for marketing unless separately consented to.

13. Disqualification

DIPLINGE LTD reserves the right to disqualify entries that:

• Contain false or misleading information.
• Exceed the permitted number of entries.
• Violate these terms.
• Attempt to manipulate or unfairly influence the prize draw process.

14. Data Protection and Privacy

Participant information will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws and DIPLINGE LTD's Privacy Policy. Information collected will only be used for:

15. Limitation of Liability

16. Changes and Cancellation

17. Governing Law

This Prize Draw terms and conditions is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the prize draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
